RESTAURANT: There’s a small, local chain of restaurants in the Washington, DC, area known as East Moon Asian Bistro. We have one where we live and have fallen in love with their sushi. It identifies itself as an Asian fusion restaurant, and it manages various Asian cuisines quite well. However, we go nuts for the sushi. If you’re ever in the DC area, there are a number of great sushi places to go to that have gained much acclaim, like Sushi-Ko, Sushi Taro or Makoto. But you won’t be disappointed going to one of the East Moon Asian Bistros.
