PRODUCT: My eyes were opened a little while back when I read in an acclaimed book on diabetes that liquid sweeteners did not generally raise your blood glucose levels while the same product in powdered form did.

Take for example, sucralose. In it’s powdered form, it can cause a spike in your blood sugar, even though it’s zero calorie and has no carbs in it. While on the other hand, EZ Sweetz sucralose sweetener does not have the same effect. Go figure.
